Reporting to the Community Manager, the role focuses on maximizing occupancy by providing apartment tours, preparing lease packets, inspecting units, running credit reports, leasing units, answering resident inquiries, maintaining traffic logs, and supporting public relations. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, some advanced real estate training, familiarity with landlord-tenant and fair housing laws, and prior leasing experience; a valid driver's license is required if operating a vehicle.
