Description
The Leasing Consultant will support maximum occupancy at Unity Homes at Ballston in Arlington, Virginia by providing apartment tours, running credit reports, preparing lease packets, inspecting units, maintaining traffic logs, leasing units, answering resident inquiries, and maintaining a positive public relations presence. The role reports to the Community Manager, requires a high school diploma or GED, some advanced real estate training, familiarity with landlord-tenant and fair housing laws, and prior leasing experience; a valid driver’s license is required if operating a vehicle. The position is full-time, non-exempt, may require weekend work, and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance among other benefits.
