Reporting to the Community Manager, the role focuses on maximizing occupancy through apartment tours, credit checks, lease preparation, unit inspections, resident communication, networking, and social media support. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, some advanced real estate training, familiarity with landlord-tenant and fair housing laws, prior leasing experience preferred, a valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle, and mandatory weekend availability.
