Scully is hiring a Resident Experience Consultant for its Westfield 41 community in Royersford, Pennsylvania. The role guides prospective residents through home-finding and leasing, conducts apartment tours, provides customer service, maintains communication, represents the brand, supports community engagement, and assists with move-in. The position is scheduled Tuesday through Friday from 8:45 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with additional weekend and night availability as needed. It requires prior experience in leasing, hospitality, marketing, customer service, or community engagement, along with strong communication, technology, and interpersonal skills; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, while an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
