The Leasing Consultant will drive occupancy and revenue growth at The Stella, a Class A multifamily community in San Tan Valley, Arizona. The role involves welcoming prospects, conducting tours, guiding applicants through the leasing process, responding to inquiries, supporting marketing and resident engagement, preparing lease documentation, assisting with move-ins, and collaborating with on-site management. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or a professional office environment, a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, and availability for some evenings and weekends.
