Leasing Consultant at Thompson Thrift

Thompson Thrift is hiring a Leasing Consultant for its Class A multifamily community in St. Augustine, Florida. The role drives occupancy and revenue growth by welcoming prospects, conducting tours, guiding applications, responding to inquiries, supporting marketing and resident engagement, preparing lease documentation, and assisting with move-ins. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or a professional office environment, a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, and availability for evenings and weekends. Multifamily leasing, hospitality, luxury multifamily, Yardi, and CALP experience or certifications are preferred.
