TriBridge Residential is hiring a Leasing Consultant for The Mark at Wildwood multifamily community in Oxford, Florida. The role handles phone inquiries, prospect qualification, apartment showings, applications, deposits, lease renewals, follow-up, and resident service, while also supporting marketing, social media, community inspections, office supplies, and café or coffee-bar restocking. Candidates need at least six to twelve months of multi-family leasing experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software, preferably Yardi.
