University Partners is hiring a part-time, entry-level Leasing Consultant for its Apollo Tempe student-housing community in Tempe, Arizona. The role supports apartment leasing, tours, marketing and outreach, resident relations, application screening, lease-file documentation, move-ins and renewals, lead tracking, maintenance communication, and compliance with Fair Housing and company policies. A high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor's degree and leasing, sales, marketing, or customer-service experience are preferred.
