The role supports leasing, marketing, and resident relations by delivering customer service, leasing apartments, conducting tours, reviewing applications, preparing lease files, supporting move-in and renewal processes, tracking leads, and maintaining leasing records. A high school diploma or GED is required, while a bachelor’s degree and experience in leasing, sales, marketing, or customer service are preferred.
