Scully is hiring a full-time Resident Experience Consultant / Leasing Consultant to guide prospective residents through apartment selection, deliver tours, build rapport, communicate through phone, text, and email, support the leasing and move-in process, represent the community, and engage residents, prospects, and local businesses. The role requires prior experience in leasing, hospitality, marketing, customer service, or community engagement, strong interpersonal and communication skills, professional appearance, technology and CRM proficiency, and a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred. The position offers $21.00-$22.00 per hour plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
