Description
The Marketing Representative coordinates community marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident-retention goals. The role performs in-person prospect qualification, property tours, applications, credit and background screening, lease preparation, move-in coordination, apartment inspections, market research, online marketing, resident follow-up, and lease-renewal activities. It requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent, sales, marketing, internet, and customer-service experience, proficiency with property-management software such as Yardi, a current valid driver's license, and the ability to work weekends and perform the physical demands of the property.
