Gallery Residential is hiring a full-time, entry-level Leasing Consultant, also described as a Marketing Representative, for the Livano Avondale community in Avondale, Arizona. The role coordinates marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident-retention goals. Responsibilities include prospect qualification, property tours, applications and screening, lease preparation, move-in readiness inspections, marketing campaigns, use of property-management software, prospect follow-up, lease renewals, resident service, reporting, and local travel. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, sales/marketing/customer-service experience, computer and internet proficiency, a valid driver's license, weekend availability, and the ability to meet physical demands including lifting up to 20 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.
