The role serves as the primary sales and customer service representative, greeting prospects, qualifying housing needs, presenting property features, processing applications, supporting resident relations, collecting rent, maintaining leasing records, and assisting with property inspections and administrative reporting. The position requires availability for weekends and holidays, physical ability to walk and show apartments, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
