The Leasing Agent interviews prospective tenants, evaluates their needs and qualifications, shows apartments, explains lease terms and available facilities, completes lease agreements, collects deposits, inspects premises, arranges maintenance, and recommends advertising methods. The role requires an outgoing, engaging personality, enjoyment of working with the general public, and at least two years of leasing experience.
