Description
The In-House Leasing Manager will oversee leasing activities for residential and/or commercial properties, managing the full leasing process from prospecting through lease execution and move-in. The role includes responding to tenant inquiries, scheduling property tours, preparing lease documentation, negotiating terms, screening applicants, maintaining occupancy, advertising available properties, coordinating with property management and ownership, tracking leasing metrics, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The position requires strong leasing, negotiation, customer service, communication, organizational, and software skills, with 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
