Leasing Manager at peak-made

PeakMade Real Estate is hiring an onsite Leasing Manager to lead leasing, marketing, and resident engagement efforts for an off-campus student housing community. The role focuses on driving occupancy and revenue goals, supervising leasing staff, managing property social media and online reputation, coordinating events and campaigns, and supporting move-in/move-out operations. The position requires at least 2 years of leasing experience in off-campus student housing, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and leadership abilities, and comfort with digital marketing tools and property management software.
