Description
Akelius is hiring a Leasing Manager to lease residential apartments, manage vacant units, coordinate showings, prepare applications and leases, handle move-ins, and provide resident and client service. The role requires 1–3 years or more of residential leasing experience, bilingual English and French ability, weekend availability, a high school diploma or equivalent, Microsoft Excel proficiency, and strong communication and negotiation skills. It is a full-time permanent position with a base salary of $50,000 to $55,000 plus commissions, health, dental, and vision insurance, and other benefits.
