Comstock is hiring a Leasing Consultant for its luxury high-rise community. The role provides customer service, manages the leasing process from lead generation through tenant occupancy, prepares paperwork and reports, markets the community online and locally, coordinates promotions, manages social media, and performs administrative duties. Candidates should have a high school diploma, preferably a bachelor’s degree, and at least three years of leasing experience in a multi-family property management environment. The position offers a Virginia salary range of $25–$28 USD, medical, dental, and vision benefits, a 401K match, and other employee perks.
