GoldOller is hiring a Leasing Manager to serve as the primary contact for prospective and current residents, lease apartments, support marketing and retention, and manage the leasing team. The role includes occupancy and revenue goals, resident relations, lease administration, maintenance coordination, CRM and social-media monitoring, and occasional travel. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of residential property management or multifamily leasing experience, a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, and availability for Saturday and Sunday work.
