Peak Management is hiring a Leasing Manager for its soon-to-be-acquired 650+ unit community in Dallas, Texas. The role oversees and mentors the leasing team, develops marketing plans to increase occupancy, builds tenant relationships, promotes retention, prepares budgets and reports, and ensures fair-housing and leasing compliance. The position requires customer service, public-facing communication, technical leasing and operations skills, attention to detail, and the ability to travel between properties.
