Speed Bay Warehouse Solutions is hiring a full-time Leasing Manager to support and execute leasing operations for an assigned regional portfolio of multi-tenant light industrial properties in the Mountain West. Reporting to the VP of Leasing, the role manages leasing activities, broker relationships, tenant negotiations, lease documentation, credit review, market research, and coordination with property management and contractors. The position is in-office or hybrid in Phoenix, Arizona, and requires 3–5 years of commercial real estate leasing or brokerage experience, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.
