Rose Valley Management is hiring a full-time Leasing Professional in Tomball, Texas. The role markets and leases multifamily apartments, guides prospects through tours, applications, verification, deposits, and move-ins, follows up with prospects and renewals, supports resident retention, documents activity in compliance with Fair Housing Laws, maintains market knowledge, and provides customer service to residents and vendors. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, at least one year of active multifamily leasing experience, strong communication, sales, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills, weekend flexibility, and preferably AppFolio experience.
