Rose Valley Management is hiring a full-time, mid-level Leasing Professional in Perry Hall, Maryland. The role guides prospective residents through the rental process by answering inquiries, conducting property tours, processing and verifying applications, closing leases, preparing move-in packets, following up with prospects and renewals, supporting resident retention, and providing customer service. The position requires at least one year of active multifamily leasing experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, strong sales, communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities, flexibility to work weekends, and preferably AppFolio experience.
