Rent Prosper is hiring a full-time, on-site Leasing Professional for its high-volume residential community, Walden Palms, in Orlando, Florida. The role manages the full leasing cycle from lead follow-up through signed leases, conducts property tours, processes applications and tenant screenings, prepares lease documents, supports renewals and resident retention, maintains records in Yardi, and collaborates with property management and maintenance teams. Candidates need proven residential leasing experience, closing ability, strong communication skills, Yardi or comparable property-management software proficiency, Fair Housing knowledge, a valid driver's license, and Spanish-English bilingual skills. Compensation is $22–$23 per hour plus lease and renewal commissions and bonuses, with health, dental, life insurance, paid time off, and other benefits.
