Description
The Leasing Professional is a full-time apartment leasing and sales role responsible for presenting apartments and communities, qualifying prospects, completing lease applications and paperwork, collecting rents and deposits, preparing new-resident welcome materials, maintaining resident relationships, and supporting property inspections and reporting. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer-service and communication skills, computer-system familiarity, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; prior leasing experience is preferred but not required.
