Description
The Leasing Professional manages the full leasing and marketing cycle for multi-family residential properties, generating leads, conducting tours, meeting occupancy and leasing targets, preparing lease documentation, coordinating move-in and resident orientation, and maintaining records in Yardi. The role requires at least two years of leasing or sales experience, property management software experience, strong communication and customer-service skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. The position is based in Kansas City, Missouri, with a stated salary of $50,000 to $55,000.
