Rose Valley Management is hiring a full-time Leasing Professional in Jacksonville, Florida. The role guides prospective residents through the move-in process, answers calls, conducts property tours, completes applications, markets and leases apartments, follows up with prospects and existing residents, supports retention, and meets monthly leasing goals. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, at least one year of active leasing experience in multi-family property, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work weekends. Working knowledge of Appfolio is preferred, and the position offers commissions, health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
