Description
Sparrow is hiring a Dual Site Sales Specialist to lead marketing, leasing, and sales activities for one of its 55+ Active Adult communities at either Solea Copperfield or Solea Cinco Ranch. Reporting to the Community Manager, the role includes prospect qualification, tours, lead nurturing, social media, YARDI and CRM management, community events, show-quality inspections, and daily leasing operations. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, with nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Candidates need a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, at least three years of professional sales experience, and experience with lease-up properties, YARDI or similar software, and Microsoft Office.
