Sparrow is hiring a Sales Specialist for Mera Lawrenceville, an active-adult 55+ community. Reporting to the Community Manager, the role leads marketing, leasing, sales, prospect qualification, tours, CRM and YARDI activity, social media, show-quality inspections, and lifestyle-event coordination. The position follows a Tuesday–Saturday schedule and requires a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, at least three years of professional sales experience, property-management software experience, and reliable transportation.
