Description
The Leasing Specialist will support prospective and current residents through the leasing process, including responding to inquiries, conducting property tours, explaining apartment and community features, processing applications, completing lease paperwork, maintaining the waitlist, assisting with resident certification, and supporting front-desk coverage. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at Nicollet Towers in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with compensation of $20.00-$24.00 per hour. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1-2 years of experience in affordable housing, property management, apartment leasing, hospitality, customer service, or a business office setting, and excellent communication skills; an associate degree in a related field is preferred.
