Description
The Leasing Specialist drives leasing velocity and lead conversion by representing the community, conducting property tours, following up on leads, processing applications and leases, supporting renewals, and maintaining high occupancy and resident satisfaction. The role also partners with marketing, maintains leasing data in Yardi and EliseAI, supports resident communications, and provides occupancy reporting. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience, strong communication and closing skills, and the ability to work weekends and evenings while traveling locally between properties.
