Description
The Leasing Specialist will drive occupancy and resident satisfaction in a multifamily community by showing apartments, qualifying leads, processing applications, preparing leases, coordinating move-ins, executing marketing and referral programs, supporting resident retention and renewals, maintaining records in property management software, and assisting with rent collection and administrative tasks. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and property management software experience; weekends may be required and a valid driver’s license is needed.
