JCMLiving is hiring an Apartment Leasing Specialist to support a busy apartment leasing center. The role involves greeting prospects, answering phones, scheduling appointments and tours, following up with prospects, leasing and closing rentals, preparing leases, managing leads, handling resident relations, collecting rent, processing service requests, and planning events.
