Description
The Leasing Specialist will achieve and maintain occupancy by leasing apartments, renewing leases, converting phone traffic into appointments, touring the community, pre-qualifying applicants, processing applications, assisting with move-in and move-out procedures, issuing keys, and maintaining resident relations. The role is based in Houston, Texas, requires at least one year of service or sales experience, a valid driver's license, and a 40-hour work week with Saturday required. Compensation is $18 per hour plus leasing and renewal commission, with medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance among the benefits.
