Description
The Leasing Specialist will achieve and maintain occupancy at Sonoran Terraces Apartment Homes in Tucson, Arizona by leasing apartments, renewing leases, converting phone traffic into appointments, touring the community, processing applications, completing move-in and move-out procedures, issuing keys, assisting residents, and handling general office duties. The role requires customer service or sales experience, effective communication, a positive and sales-oriented approach, a valid driver's license, and a 40-hour work week with Saturday required. Compensation is $18–$19 per hour plus leasing and renewal commission, with medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance and other benefits.
