Management Services Corporation is hiring a full-time Leasing Specialist for its 795-unit Westgate Apartments and Townhomes in Manassas. The role markets and leases rental units, supports the property’s marketing plan, greets residents and prospects, schedules appointments, shows apartments, prequalifies applicants, processes applications, runs credit and reference checks, prepares leases, collects deposits and rent, maintains move-in calendars, and records activity in MRI. The position is Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with every other Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and requires a high school diploma or equivalent; prior leasing experience is not required, but marketing, sales, or customer service experience is normally expected. A college degree is preferred, and the employer offers 401(k), medical, and dental coverage.
