Management Services Corporation is hiring a part-time Leasing Specialist for its Charlottesville, Virginia, main office. The role reports to the Marketing Operations Manager and handles phone answering, customer greetings, apartment tours, prospect follow-up, lease generation, marketing support, and resident notifications. The position requires 15–20 hours per week, a high school diploma or equivalent, a driver’s license, and availability for weekends; previous leasing, sales, or customer-service experience is a plus.
