The Leave & Accommodation Specialist supports National Veterinary Associates’ Benefits Team by managing employee leave and accommodation requests, coordinating statutory paid leave programs, handling ADA accommodations, maintaining case records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving processes. The role is remote in the United States, permanent, and requires 5–7 years of progressive leave and accommodation experience, with a preferred bachelor’s degree and HR or disability-management certification. Compensation is $90,000–$95,000 plus an 8% AIP.
