Description
The Leave Manager oversees employee leave of absence requests, accommodations, workers' compensation claims, OSHA compliance, and related employee-health activities. The role manages documentation, records, deadlines, communications, and return-to-work processes while supporting employees, managers, HR partners, and insurance carriers. It requires 2–3 years of human resources experience, including leave of absence management and/or workers' compensation administration, along with strong organization, technology, communication, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills. The position is hybrid in Washington, with work in Tacoma or Everett, pays $26.00 per hour, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
