Description
The Leave Program Manager owns the design, implementation, administration, evaluation, and continuous improvement of leave of absence, disability, paid leave, accommodation, and return-to-work programs. The role serves as the organization’s subject matter expert, advises on complex cases, oversees third-party administrators, develops policies and documentation, analyzes program data, and leads cross-functional initiatives. It requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, seven years of progressive leave or benefits experience, five years administering multi-state disability and paid leave programs, and experience with outsourced leave management. The position is hybrid, with two office days and three home days, and offers compensation of $85,500 to $113,966.67.
