Description
UH Hilo is hiring a part-time, temporary, non-tenure Computer Science Lecturer for the 2026–2027 academic year. The role teaches Computer Science courses, prepares schedules and syllabi, maintains student-progress reports, and provides at least one on-campus office hour per course. Applicants must have a master’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field; a doctoral degree, university or community-college Computer Science teaching experience, and the ability to work effectively with diverse students are desirable. The position is contingent on course offerings, student enrollment, position clearance, and funding, and may include day, evening, weekend, and distance-learning teaching.
