Securitas is hiring a Workforce Management Leader to develop and implement a national Workforce Management strategy, oversee staffing, resource, and capacity planning, and advance data-driven forecasting, automation, and AI-based planning. The role leads a team of approximately 30 employees across several locations in Norway, advises senior leadership on productivity and operational capacity, and collaborates with operations, HR, finance, and regional management. The position is based at Securitas' Økern office in Oslo, requires travel, and offers a leadership role in a major security company with bonus conditions.
