Description
The Paralegal will support the Legacy Disease Team by maintaining case trackers, drafting routine court documents, coordinating with courts, counsel, opponents, experts, witnesses, insureds and brokers, following up on instructions and payments, diarising work, and ensuring compliance with the SRA Code of Conduct 2011. The role also includes ad hoc recovery, liability and quantum investigations, file administration, billing queries, and file closure or transfer activities. It is a 35-hour Monday–Friday role based at Ingenuity House in Birmingham.
