Description
The Legal Assistant Coordinator supports Carnival’s Risk Management and Legal functions by managing litigation intake, docketing, calendaring, court deadlines, Medicare reporting, subpoenas, legal holds, evidence preservation, correspondence, and employee onboarding and time-card administration. The role requires an associate degree in administration, legal administrative support, or a similar field, 3–5 years of legal experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. It is an in-office position in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area, with Monday–Thursday work at a designated Carnival office and optional Friday work from home.
