Description

ACE & Company is hiring a full-time Legal and Compliance Officer in Giza, Egypt, as part of its global Fund Finance and Operations team. The role manages NDAs, supports KYC/AML compliance for investment funds and investors, maintains FATCA and CRS tax documentation and filings, establishes offshore bank accounts for investment entities, reviews transaction agreements and subscription documents, supports due diligence, and drafts board resolutions. Candidates need at least three years of corporate law and/or compliance experience, a law degree from an English or French section, fluent English, and strong analytical, organizational, and independent-working skills.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in law from an English or French section
Required Previous Experiences: At least 3 years of corporate law and/or compliance experience, preferably in finance
KYC/AML experience with investment funds is preferred but not required
