First Help Financial (FHF) is seeking a Legal and Deficiency Recovery Manager to lead a structured post-charge-off recovery program. This role involves designing and owning qualification criteria for legal escalation, ensuring compliance with regulations like FDCPA and UDAAP, overseeing vendor and outside counsel relationships, and developing policies and processes for deficiency recovery. The manager will also handle litigation, identify process improvements, and serve as a legal and compliance resource for the collections team.
