Description
The role supports authorizations and regulatory projects across multiple countries by drafting and reviewing business plans, manuals, contracts, and other legal documents; researching applicable regulations; advising on financial-services license applications; and providing legal and regulatory counsel. The position collaborates with business teams on strategic projects, partnerships, and commercial goals and requires at least three years of professional experience, cross-jurisdictional experience, external legal and compliance consulting experience, strong analytical and task-management skills, and business-level English proficiency.
