RWS is hiring a freelance Legal Annotator to support the training and evaluation of AI capabilities for contract management platforms in Polish. The role involves collecting, evaluating, and annotating multilingual legal-domain data; analyzing clauses, obligations, and terms in complex international business agreements; participating in onboarding, calibration, and quality-review sessions; and collaborating on workflows in secure client environments. The position is part-time, requires 25 or more flexible hours per week, starts immediately, runs through the end of October, and pays 21.60 USD per hour. Legal expertise, contract-review skills, English fluency, and Polish language proficiency are required, while prior data-annotation or machine-learning data-evaluation experience is preferred.
