The Legal Assistant supports attorneys in a fast-growing national law firm by preparing correspondence, memoranda, and other legal documents; proofreading and formatting; managing files; conducting conflict checks; opening matters; entering and reviewing attorney time and pre-bills; managing calendars and CLE; submitting expenses; providing reception backup; and interacting with clients as needed. The role requires 3–5 years of experience in a team-oriented law firm environment, offers up to three remote days per week, and pays $78,000–$90,000 annually.
