Description
The Legal Assistant provides administrative and legal support to attorneys and other professionals at a law firm. Responsibilities include organizing and archiving documents, drafting low-complexity legal documents, tracking case deadlines and proceedings, entering information into client systems, preparing legal opinions, fulfilling court orders, and supporting legal activities across practice areas. The role requires a high school diploma, ongoing or completed higher education in Law, no active OAB registration, and experience in law firm activities, particularly collections; knowledge of TJSP case tracking and Microsoft Office is also required.
